Our services are intended for artists, producers, labels and rights holders operating in a professional capacity. You must be of legal age to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of any artist, label or organisation you represent.

4. Our Services

AMPLIFY provides a range of services including global music distribution, artist and label services, rights management, catalogue acquisition and investment, catalogue management, marketing and audience development, digital monetisation, data and analytics, and sync and brand opportunities. The specific scope of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement between the parties.

5. Music Submissions, Partnerships and Catalogue Acquisition

When you submit music, catalogue information or partnership proposals to AMPLIFY, you confirm that you own or control the rights you claim, and that the material is accurate and lawfully provided. Submission does not obligate AMPLIFY to enter into any partnership or acquisition. Any acquisition, licensing or partnership arrangement will be governed by a separate written agreement.

AMPLIFY evaluates opportunities based on rights ownership, historic performance, audience, revenue and future potential. We are under no obligation to disclose the reasons for accepting or declining any submission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the AMPLIFY website, including text, graphics, logos, branding and imagery, is the property of AMPLIFY or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership in your music, masters or rights to AMPLIFY unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
